Sonya was fantastic in every way. She was available 24/7 and responded in a timely manner to all our requests and needs. Sonya set up viewing appointments without any trouble, which enabled to successfully bid on our new home. Sonya also sold our home well over asking price. She is well connected in the real-estate community and as a result we had 2 successful transactions completed without any complications. Moving from out of province and being alone and new to the idea of purchasing a house I was in need of some help and organization in things.
