I can’t recall exactly the number of houses Stefani has helped us with but we will happily use her for the next one

Stefani helped us buy our St. Albert house in 2018 and sell it in 2022. For both transactions she was great at communicating, planning viewings and negotiating/representing us. When we bought the house originally, she was able to assist us in getting changes made to the home as it was a new build. These changes added value and functionality to our home. When it came time to leave St. Albert, she was so great to work with. She recommended cleaners, helped us stage our home with our existing furniture plus her pieces, and ensured we were in a good spot in the market. Stefani is the best in the Edmonton area. Would highly recommend working with her and would do so in an instant if we move back to the area!

If I could rate her 10 stars out of 5 I would. Every step of the buying process for the purchase of our property wasn't nothing short of stellar. She answered any questions I had and provided a lot of knowledge on the parts where I was lacking (what to negotiate and what to leave alone, for example). She is in the right business! She is very relatable and felt more like a friend than a realtor! She made us feel safe and cared for from the very beginning to the very end. She always reminded us (and it showed through her work) that we came first and was always willing to fight for us above all else. She's a rockstar!

Being a single parent, I was impressed how Stefani took into account the importance of having my child involved in the house hunting process. Stefani made my child feel like her opinion mattered and was open to hearing our difference of opinion. When it came to negotiations, I felt confident that she had my best interest in mind. Stefani conducted herself very professionally and was a great communicator from beginning to the end. Her name will be the first one mentioned to anyone who asks for a realtor.
