She sold our house before our listing was even posted by pairing our property up with the right buyer...I only had to show my house twice and it sold for the price we had hoped to get...but then we had to find a house...and there was not a lot on the market. She got us in to see a property that was coming onto the market...it was perfect! So in a difficult market she helped us to sell our house and buy a new house within a week. Stef took on our rural acreage home to sell this fall.Homes in the immediate area were taking at least a year to sell often double that and Stefani had two offers and our house sold in 5 days At almost full asking price!! Stefani presented the property in a professional way and gave us great advice on how to prepare our property. She hired a professional photographer who took hundreds of great pictures including aerial images. She has a great network of other realtors, is a great communicator and kept us up to date of every development. Her negotiating skills are excellent. Not only did she quickly sell our house she also found us a beautiful home in St.Albert near our daughters.
