Stephanie came recommended by a mutual friend. It turned out to be a great recommendation. We were selling from a remote location and she was able to explain and walk us through the whole process via email and zoom calls. She was always honest and up front and had let us know that units in our building took on average 191 days to sell so not to set our expectations too high. To our surprise, it only took 3 weeks to get an offer and the unit was sold within a month! During that time, we even got statistics about our listing and her communications were timely and very helpful.
