What can we say about Steve Brunet that hadn’t already been said… We first met Steve in 2008 when we were listing our 1st home. He guided us through the process and we sold for top dollar. He assisted us in purchasing a beautiful 2nd home …from there he became not just our realtor, but he became our friend. Fast forward 16 years & 3 moves, Steve’s the one we call. Steve is a true professional in every sense of the word. He’s honest, knowledgeable, kind & patient. He listens to his clients and will go over and above to help them get what they need. This may well be our last transaction with Steve, but it’s just the beginning for our adult kids as they look to buy their 1st & 2nd homes. We know they will be in good hands with Steve. Steve is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in both the urban and rural real estate markets of Eastern Ontario; The wealth of information that he provided to me in our first meeting gave me a complete picture of where my house fit into the market, the market itself, properties that were in direct competition with mine and those that were not, and even why or why not, as this wasn’t always apparent. This made for a very confidence-inspiring sale process that turned out very well. Everything played out pretty much the way he'd described it and I ended up selling my home for a great price and in the approximate time frame Steve had anticipated. It was even winter and leading into Christmas and I still didn't have to make any big compromises, so I am very pleased.
