Working with Steve was awesome. This was my first ever purchase and everything was scary, but the overall experience was not as stressful as it could have been thanks to Steve's expertise. He made sure to ask the right questions to help me realize what it is that I was actually interested in. He is honest and was never pushy and I felt like he had my best interests in mind throughout the whole experience (he is also really easy to talk to and accommodated my schedule). Since I never went through a home purchasing process before, I didn't know which lawyer/mortgage broker/condo doc check company to use, but Steve provided me with some recommendations and all of them were great. I would definitely work with Steve again and will be recommending him to friends and family.
