As a developer I have worked with a number of realtors through the years. All were good though none were outstanding --until I engaged Steve Thompson.Steve is an exceptional realtor. I believe he far outdistances the crowd when it comes to market knowledge, pricing, negotiation and inter-action with buyers, sellers and other agents. He is very personable, very honest and very supportive. There are a small number of excellent agents in our area but none match the qualities and character of Steve Thompson. We have done a dozen projects together and I consider myself very fortunate to have Steve as my realtor, adviser and good friend.
