It was a pleasure working with Sukh and his entire team. We had booked a showing with Gurnoor at one of their listing. Gurnoor was prompt to reply to our request and was very in-depth at the showing. We really liked the home, and wanted to make the move, we got in touch with Gurnoor about getting an evaluation for our own home. Gurnoor and Kevin came over and gave us a detailed CMA for our property. Kevin had suggested it was a good time to sell, and to our amazement they had our home sold within 1 week, at a price we had never expected. They were extremely professional during the showings and followed all CO-VID protocols.
