Sunny is a very professional real estate agent. He came to my house in August 2021. Everything was done ahead of time in selling my house. Boxes and cleaners were provided for free. To get things organized. Staging was professionally done. If you need a number one agent, Sunny is the best one to call.

Sunny is a seasoned real estate professional who understands the market dynamics deeply. He will give you a realistic picture and stay honest in his communication. He is precise and does not over promise but he will always deliver what he promises. We have found him to be reliable and experienced and have benefited from it. He is also well equipped with services like staging, cleaning up, packing etc so it like a one stop shop for the seller. Sunny was extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. We actually went to him several months before when we were potentially going to list (he came highly recommended from our family friends). He gave us his pitch and won us over immediately, but we found that we were not yet ready to sell. Months later when when we were ready to list, we contacted him again and gave him a timeline and expectations that were both met and exceeded. We were very happy with the cleaning and staging, we didn't know our house could look so beautiful. Sunny was also very responsive before and after the sale, if we had any questions or concerns.
