Based upon the reviews written on Google, we chose Sunny to sell our Mom's home. Our Mom lived in her condo for over 41 years, so there was definitely some emotions involved in selling her beloved home and we were LUCKY to have found Sunny. From the moment he met with us, it was evident that Sunny's knowledge, work ethic, integrity and professionalism were a driving force here. He knew exactly how to price the property, how to market the property and everything in between. As well, selling during a global pandemic was worrisome and Sunny reassured us, and took care of that aspect as well. All protocols were followed to the letter. The guy knows his stuff inside and out. Sunny SOLD my Mom's place in 3 days with a FIRM offer and we got 99% of the asking price. When selling in these, most tumultuous of times, we all need to know that we are in good hands and are being cared for by someone who is going to lead the way, well Sunny led the way for us 100%.
