I interviewed several agents before settling onto Susan. I am glad I went with her as she was very professional and guided me step by step through the whole process. She was easily accessible anytime on the phone and was always on time. She provided summary documents of the Strata meetings when asked for. We had a minor hiccup after possession that the house was not cleaned. She contacted the seller's realtor and had the house cleaned. Overall, a good agent to work with.
