It was a pleasure working with Sue Pascoe she helped with everything, from legal advice, showing me what to list the house for and how she got to that price. She is very knowledgeable, truthful and says it how it is. She always kept in contact with me on a daily basis and she always returned messages. I would highly recommend Sue as she has over 37 years experience in selling and listing homes. She is funny, kind, honest and most of knows how to listen , There was a lot going in my life and she made me feel very much at ease.

Good afternoon, my husband and I bought our first home in Thunder Bay. Susan Pascoe was highly recommended by my mother in law, and we were in good hands. Susan was well informative of house information and we did not have any worries. She listened to what we were looking for in a home and location etc. We were fully informed about homes, and any other questions we had to ask of Susan. I would highly recommend her to a family member or any of my friends who are searching for realtor. I was about to become a new Thunder Bay resident. Susan's knowledge of the City and her many years of experience were extremely valuable. Susan worked online with me for several months ahead of my move and when I came to the City for the final purchase she spent a significant amount of time ensuring I got the home I needed before I had to return to my current place of residence. I was so impressed with Susan's many years of experience. This was my sixth home purchase in my lifetime and Susan knew all the ins and outs of the legal bits, and was an outstanding negotiator.
