<p>Tammy helped me sell my rental house in Edmonton in record time. And this was during a pandemic and just before Christmas. Typically not great times to sell! When the first deal fell through, she presented another offer within a week. She also did a lot of extra work for me to insure that the sale went to completion. For example, she met with a structural engineer to inspect the garage. She also met the delivery people who were dropping off a new stove. She kept me up to date on all that was happening. I would say that this was probably the most seamless sale that I've been involved in (and I've been involved in quite a few!). And the cherry on top was the very low commission that I was charged. I would highly recommend Tammy whether you are buying or selling!</p>
