Unfortunately, our lawyer’s service was not up to par, but Tatiana stepped in and handled things faster and more effectively than the lawyer. She communicated with the seller’s agent, resolved issues quickly, and even worked over the weekend to make sure everything was on track. Before closing, she helped us address multiple issues found during the inspection — from a sprinkler that wasn’t securely fixed to the ceiling to a non-working cooktop — and ensured they were taken care of. I truly appreciate how attentive and proactive she was in managing all the details.
