I worked with Taylor on a recent staging project in Spruce Grove, and she was fantastic to collaborate with. She’s very organized, easy to communicate with, and truly values presentation and details — which makes a big difference when preparing a home for market. Taylor is very well versed in the current market, which is key to pricing the house right the first time. The home went under contract in 4 days and sold in 15 days for above asking! I would definitely recommend working with Taylor.

She was incredibly patient, helped educate us, answered all our questions, was in constant communication, and ended up finding us exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price. She even helped us find contractors after the fact for fix ups we were interested in doing. She continues to be helpful and part of our support system.
