Not only did she guide us in understanding the current market conditions she went above and beyond in providing service and information right down to couriering a package that was delivered the day of possession. Tazmeen was very knowledgeable about the north shore and worked tirelessly at all hours and on the weekends to help me rapidly close on my amazing condo. She was very helpful with the mortgage process as well.

<p>Tazmeen was so knowledgable, strategic and didn't pressure us at all to buy—she genuinely wanted us to find a property that was right for us, at the right time. She kept us informed, especially when Covid hit. Her understanding of the many factors that affect selling and buying conditions (and behaviours) were impressive.</p> <p>She priced the property that we were selling perfectly, and we were able to sell within a week, and in the price range we were aiming for. Other units in the same building (similar size and amenities) that were for sale were on the market for months after we sold, and had to drastically lower their asking prices.</p> <p>We chose Tazmeen because she'd helped a senior family member buy and sell a property in 2004. She had kept in contact with that family member (calls and emails) since...sincerely checking up on her, and seeing how she was. I was incredibly impressed by her sincere willingness to help, and her never treating anyone like they were inferior.</p> <p>Tazmeen is kind, ethical, and incredibly experienced in her field. Not only Tazmeen knew everything about the real state market in our region, Lower Lonsdale, she also acted as a true ally. She would always get back to us super quickly and expose pros and cons of the scenarios we were looking at the time. She did a great job guiding us through the process of buying. She would always take the time to orient us about all steps of the process: handling of contracts, negotiations, what to do during open house visits/private tours, real state law, mortgage and legal advice. We are very happy with the property we bought. I would definitely recommend her as a real state agent.

Tazmeen was my realtor for my 2012 purchase of a condo in North Vancouver. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, likeable and very detail oriented.
