We had a great experience working with Pratham from Team Kalia at RE/MAX on the sale of our condo at 50 Absolute Avenue in Mississauga, especially given the challenging market conditions. We first reached out to Pratham in late October 2024 based on his strong knowledge of the Absolute Avenue market and current pricing dynamics in the area. That local insight proved to be critical. He priced the unit realistically and strategically from the outset, which was essential since we needed the sale completed within a 60-day timeframe. His pricing approach was spot on and directly contributed to securing the sale. Pratham also did an excellent job with advertising, marketing, and coordinating showings, even though the unit was tenanted. Navigating those constraints while maintaining momentum takes skill, and he handled it professionally and efficiently. Overall, Pratham delivered exactly what we needed in a down market. Job well done. We would confidently recommend Pratham and Team Kalia at RE/MAX to anyone selling in this area, especially if timing and accurate pricing matter.
