Experience means everything! Terrie knows her way around Regina real estate. She is very familiar with the neighbourhoods, and types homes in our city. Terrie is never pushy or overwhelming, only providing constructive advice as needed and when requested. She immediately got a feel for our individual needs, and steered us in the right direction. As new home buyers, we felt very supported and comfortable with Terrie. She is VERY honest - a “strait shooter.” We loved Terrie’s ability to get the job done right - without all the extra fluff!
