Terrie is amazing. From the moment we decided to sell to the moment the deal was closed, we had an expert in our corner. It wasn't always the news we wanted to hear -- for example, she knew immediately that we'd have to do some basement work to get things up to par for a sale -- but she was right up front and didn't lead us down a path where we discovered that news half-way through the process. We appreciated that kind of candor and knowledge of both house construction and the market. When it came to negotiating, Terrie had our backs. When we asked for advice at any point in the process, she was ready to give it. We called the shots and knew she would take our counter offer to the buyer and stick to her guns. We have no hesitation at all in recommending her. She knows her stuff and it shows.

We found Terrie to be an excellent realtor. She's a good listener and a quick study in picking up new info and incorporating it into a sales strategy. She was available on short notice to show us properties that had just come on the market. She recommended properties she thought we might want to see. Throughout the negotiation period, she kept in close contact and kept us informed as to the process we needed to go through. Terrie was able to arrange sewer, home, etc inspections with minimal delay. She also did a fair bit of hand-holding when things got stressful. I would certainly recommend Terrie and we shall use her services again if the need arises.
