We had 2 previous real estate agents from different agencies, try and sell our house but when Terry sold our daughters home in 3 weeks, we decided to see if he could sell ours. He came out to evaluate our home and gave us a few tips on some things we could do to make it more appealing. We followed his advice and the house sold in about a month! We were absolutely amazed. But you could see the difference in how Terry handled selling the house as compated to the previous 2 realtors. He took amazing pictures, he took drone pictures, 3D pictures and an awesome description of our home. He treated the sale of our house, which was less than $150,000, as if he was selling a million dollar home. He was honest and straightforward and we sincerely appreciate his hard work! Nothing negative to say about Terry. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional and he’s always quick to respond with any needs you may have. He made buying a new home very easy and comfortable for an inexperienced buyer such as myself and always made himself available to accommodate any of our needs.
