Terry was recommended by a friend when I needed to sell my late father’s home in West Kelowna. To say this was a challenging experience would be an understatement – dealing with a challenging family member, a house that needed a lot of work and repairs, and a major flood three weeks before closing was no easy task. Terry was faced with a difficult task with my move - and he only had ONE DAY for me to view all my the places I liked and find a new place for me to call home. He did his homework on my favs, helped me eliminate those who did not meet my criteria and then, with the efficiency of a booking agent, lined them all up so that we could accomplish my objective.
