Many years ago we bought our home and Terry Vato was the agent for the sellers. We were so impressed by him that we'd wished he was our agent at that time. We held on to his business card for 13 years and were very fortunate to have him as our agent when we recently sold our home. Terry went above and beyond for us. He knows his business, is very professional and personable. More importantly though, he really cares about his clients. Count yourself lucky if you have Terry Vato as an agent.

<p>Terry has used his truly skilled knowledge to guide me in two transactions.<br /> He guided me and my sister through the sale of our Mother's house, presenting it in a truly fluid market to our benefit. This was during the new taxes imposed on overseas sales, in Vancouver.</p> <p>He then found and secured my new home, using all his negotiating skills to keep it "afloat" with a very difficult seller, and to be honest, an agent I was not comfortable with (the seller's).</p> <p>I would never consider any other agent over him.<br /> His honesty, moral stance and ability to convey my advantages were incredibly valuable.</p> <p>As I have been in design and sales since 1981, I do have a good perspective on the value of his skills and "my" value of them.<br /> I have witnessed many sales-persons from awful to great. Terry is truly among the greatest I've known.</p>

<p>We would highly recommend Terry. His dedication and commitment are of the highest of standards. Terry has now sold 2 of our homes as well as neighbors in the area. He is very personable and he shows that he really cares. He spent a lot of time with us, going through the process of selling my husbands family home. Terry was empathetic and sensitive to the situation and was sincerely motivated to help us through the process. He spent hours getting familiar with the house location and all of the amenities in the area. He is a professional marketer and strategist and sold our home in 3 days over the asking price. We never felt like Terry was selling just for the commission. His success is highly based on return clients which says a lot about his exemplary service. He also has a great sense of humor and can lift anyone's spirits:). Terry goes above and beyond selling homes. He is a committed, and passionate realtor that really loves what he does. We would recommend Terry to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.</p>
