Dave and the support team at Chris Kenny were fantastic in the selling of our home. during the first meeting with Dave, we knew we were dealing with the right realtor. He was very knowledgeable of the industry requirements as well as the listing and the prices of sales of comparable homes in our area. His professionalism is second to none. When he suggested what our home was worth we were surprised as it was a fair amount more than what we were contemplating. He suggested the price we should list it for, which we did, it sold for the above listing, and within one week of the listing going public. The material that they prepared, the pictures, pamphlets were just great. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave and the Kenny Team if you're looking for a great realtor sales team.
