Shalon is very familiar with the area both as a realtor and resident and was able to advise us on appropriate and fair pricing for the sell of our home. Her experience as a realtor also enabled her to provide us with information on local businesses we required for the sale of our home. Her real estate team was very helpful in preparing the home for sale (staging etc.) and ensuring it was ready for the new owners (cleaning etc.). We would highly recommend Shalon.
