Tim was always there to answer all questions that we had, and it didn't matter what time of day we reached out, Tim would be very quick in getting back to us. He truly helped us to find the perfect home.

Tim is a 10 out of 10! He was great to deal with. A real professional and got the job done quick for us in both selling my home and helping me hunt for my new home. Tim is very knowledgeable and pointed out things on the home tours that was informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone buying, selling or needing a home evaluation. Tim was very helpful with the purchase of our first home. He was always available and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a lot more confidence. When we were hesitating about placing an offer, he managed to schedule a second viewing for us during a busy day for him in between clients. That second viewing allowed us to make a decision and we really appreciated his availability and prompt response. When negotiating the price, Tim was also of immense help as he managed to negotiate for us in a difficult market. This showcases his knowledge and experience of the value of the house and the neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking for a property as we had a wonderful experience with him.

We never felt any pressure from Tim and felt like he truly wanted us to find the perfect home as much as we did. When we found a house that we wanted to put an offer on, Tim was very good at clearly explaining the process to us and guiding us through it. My husband and I also felt very comfortable around Tim as he is an approachable, friendly person who makes you feel at ease during a process that can be nerve-wracking! If we decide to buy/sell in the future, we will definitely be using Tim again and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent as we were very happy with the services provided by Tim.

Tim was our realtor for the purchase of our new condo. He is very knowledgeable about the northwest Calgary area. Tim is always quick to respond to questions or emails, and flexible in setting up appointments. We would use him again for a purchase or sale in Calgary. Highly recommend! In fact, that is what we did. With Tim as our realtor for the sale of our home, it was quickly sold. The entire process was seamless.

Tim was very responsive / available to answer questions and make things happen at all times. He connected us with many other parties involved in buying a house that were reliable too. He also didn’t pressure us with sales tactics or make it seem like we had to hurry to get something. At no point was I concerned that he was not representing us or being pushy. I recommend using him as an agent, it was a solid experience.
