We had the pleasure to work with Tim a couple years back. Being that it was our 3rd house we've been in, I can honestly say he is the best realtor we've ever had. It was like house hunting with a good buddy. We appreciated all the honest input throughout our journey.

Tim was an incredible guy to work with from day 1! He was on it! Replied to me immediately and was super helpful and accommodating thru our whole experience to finding our beautiful home. He was great at knowing the ins and outs of buying a home and had tons of connections to finding all the professionals we needed to complete our big job of moving. Thank you Tim for being amazing!!

We worked with Tim for more than a year as the market was just starting to turn and sellers still thought they could retain peak oil prices. Tim was very patient and entertained all of our questions and showings while giving us valuable information about our Target neighborhoods and properties. In the end, we bought our home in our neighborhood of choice and we paid a very fair amount. We could not have asked for a better realtor experience as we felt that he was truly working in our best interests to ultimately find the home that was a best fit for us.

In Fall of 2018, we decided our home wasn't the right fit for our family of 5. The thought of selling and buying quickly overwhelmed us. Fortunately we enlisted Tim as our agent and in a short time he gave us the confidence we needed to pursue our move. At that time, it was a buyer's market but Tim assured us our home would sell if priced correctly. He told us we should expect offers that were under our list price but, when it came time to buy, we would likely make up the difference. With Tim's coaching and advice we were able to sell after two short weeks. Not long before our sale, Tim began patiently showing us all the houses we were interested in. He gave valuable insight for each and we learned a lot in the process. When we did find the house we wanted, Tim went to work and negotiated a reduced price. In short, everything worked out great and we couldn't be more pleased with the results on both ends. A few additional things I'd like to mention is that Tim uses a top-notch photographer which made a huge difference for our listing. Also, Tim made great recommendations for services like home-inspection (I could expand on this, but that is for another time!) and mortgage broker. I definitely recommend Tim and should we decide to sell in the future we will use him again!

Tim assisted us with both the purchase of a new home, and the sale of our existing home - it was absolutely top notch service for both. He is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process swiftly and effectively. Tim was very responsive, and was always available to answer any questions we had. I strongly recommend Tim as a realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell a property (and for the record, I'm a hard marker :)) In fact, I have a few friends that have since utilized Tim's service and have been thoroughly impressed and grateful for the recommendation.
