<p>Tim was with us every step of the way in buying our first home. He always explained all the details in a concise manner and is very thorough and detail orientated. We had a great time viewing different properties and trying to narrow down the perfect one for us. When it came time to make an offer, Tim was there straight away, no matter the distance he had to travel or time of the night. Tim's years of experience came thru at the negotiation point and we benefited from the outcome.<br /> We love how he always tried to make our 2 year old feel important in the process.<br /> Thank you Tim for being apart of our lives and helping us get the home we deserve!</p>
