From the first visit, we knew that TJ would look after us and help us navigate through the selling experience. She guided us through the decluttering and staging of our home, she did so well we fell in love with our home all over again. She provided information for anything we asked and gave us peace of mind that all would go well. We listed the house on Monday and before the end of the day Tuesday we had more than one offer. We are excited to move on to the next phase of our journey and we know that the next family will call this place their home for years to come. TJ is professional and knowledgeable, she is caring and compassionate, personalizing her services to specific to the needs of her clients. I recently had the pleasure of working with TJ when looking for my first home in Alberta. From day 1, TJ was extremely responsive, patient and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing TJ was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.
