<p>Tracie is honest, patient, cheerful and easy to talk. Prior to putting an offer in on our present home, my husband and I had asked for a showing three times. At each showing, Tracie answered all our questions and when she didn't have an answer, she was quick at finding it. During the writing of our offer to purchase, she explained everything clearly and during negotiations, she was tough. We felt confident that she was truly working on our behalf and, as a result, we got our house at a fair price with no surprises.</p>

Tracie was such a welcome partner in my difficult situation - you quickly feel that she really cares that you get the right home and will be happy in it. I had some challenges due to my situation trying to get the offer completed, and Tracie patiently battled through each obstacle.
