We loved working with Tracey! She’s friendly, warm and professional. She was always available to answer questions - her communication is outstanding. The very first time I called about our now new home, she ANSWERED! No phone service taking messages and returning calls. She made herself available to us 100% of the time, best realtor ever!

We worked with Tracy selling an apartment Condo. We live in a different city so I thought the process would be hard. Tracy made it simple and straight forward. Great photos of the property and let us know anytime viewing was taking place. She also worked well with the tenant we had living in the condo. Everything was well coordinated. In the end she brought us 3 offers and explained each offer to us. The condo is sold and we are happy with the results.

Tracy was lovely to work with! She was kind and attentive and was always quick to answer any questions we had. When it came time to look at offers we knew she had our back and went the extra mile to put us in the best position possible, setting us up for a bidding war.
