<p>Could not thank Trish for all of her hard work! For months, as we were deciding if we would list or not, she was patient, would respond to questions, and continually kept us informed about the trends and behaviours in the market.</p> <p>When we decided to list, Tris made it very easy. She was a true professional but also became a confidant and reliable friend through the process. She provided all of the tips to stage the home, provided the tools needed to ensure home buyer's comfort with the current Covid situation, made signs for our home of features that could otherwise be missed. She made recommendations on every part of the process and allowed us to make the decisions when required. She walked us through what to expect so that there were no surprises.</p> <p>Having been on the buyers end as well, I saw how respectful she was with the buyers' agents and made the process of multiple offers fair and respectful.</p> <p>I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an agent to list and buy with Trish!</p>
