He is extremely knowledgeable about houses, and the Victoria housing market in particular - especially for transplants from another city or province which my husband and I are. Troy has a razor-sharp eye and will flag any number of irregularities and possible concerns with a property that even experienced home owners would miss. Troy is patient, calm and analytical and takes real time and care with clients especially with regard to their finances. Emotions can run high when bidding on a potential home and Troy will remain lucid and grounded when you might not be. Troy is astute and will protect his client's interests every step of way.
