Tyler helped us buy our first home and made the process super easy. During the current pandemic the housing market has been crazy, Tyler never gave up on us as the process of buying our house took some time. We would both highly recommend him to anybody. Thank you Tyler!!!!

Mandy and I met Tyler at an impromptu showing in Cardinal Ontario. At the time we were looking at houses without an agent by simply perusing MLS listings. After viewing the home, which turned out was not a fit for us, we began speaking to Tyler in the driveway of the home he just showed us. We explained to him, briefly, what we were looking for and he asked if he could send us some options. In a matter of hours Tyler had selected some options for us to review and the search was on. Mandy and I had a long list of wants, hopes and dreams. Tyler paid particular attention to what we told him and how we reacted to the different showings. Soon enough I believe that he knew what we were looking for better than we did. He found us our home and we could not be more pleased. Tyler is everything you would want in an agent and more. Thoughtful, deliberate and an excellent communicator. Not afraid to have the tough conversations and drive the negotiations. I would recommend Tyler to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Very quick to respond to requests and set up showings. Always a significant amount of information on the home, even in a time crunch. Very easy to work with!

Tyler was a fantastic real estate agent. As first time home buyers Tyler made the experience for my husband and I easy and fun! We moved from the GTA to the Ottawa area - so his knowledge regarding neighbourhoods and helping us connect with local home inspectors was vital. He was very knowledgeable and dedicated to our home search; and now we are living in the home of our dreams! I can’t imagine anyone more hard working than Tyler Thompson. Can’t recommend him enough!!!
