Vadim and his wife Ettie have been more than amazing! They are extremely accommodating, have always been on call, and when I say on call, i mean on call. I must have called them 10 times in a week and they never gave us any challenges or atttiude like most realtors if you have many questions. More than that Vadim took it up on his own to help us out with many of the repairs and also hade amazing recommendations to cell our home.

Vadim and his team are incredible. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else on a real estate transaction ever again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vadim on multiple transactions, he was and still is a man of his word he never pushed me to sell at a lower price he always said let’s wait for a few more offers and decide than, he in my opinion got me top dollar for my properties weather I was buying or selling (sell at the highest price buy at the lowest possible price). I will ONLY deal with Vadim for any and all my real estate transactions !!! I can go on and on but I don’t think it’s necessary once people get to experience the level of professionalism Vadim offers they will only deal with him.
