I met Vanessa a year ago when I was recently widowed and unsure of what direction I wanted to take. She was patient and understanding of my situation and I never felt pressured. We kept in touch and when I felt ready to list my home she was there to help me. She was professional, knowledgeable about the market, and guided me through an emotional and stressful decision. I could not have asked for more. Her personal attention to every detail and to my needs was outstanding, My home sold for over asking price! Even after the sale was completed she visited to make sure all was well. Without any reservations, I highly recommend Vanessa as an agent.

<p>My husband and I had an awesome experience working with Vanessa. She goes out of her way to make things happen. We have a new build in Brantford and Vanessa worked hard to make sure everything was ready prior to the tenants move-in date. She was always available when we had questions. She provided reference for a home inspector, participated in the home inspection. She was available to provide access to a handyman for a few repairs around the house. She was able to find renters for the property in a short period of time. She provided a report with all potential tenants but let my husband and I decide on the renter. In summary, she is reliable, gives 110% of her time, very organized, and results oriented. My husband and I will always recommend her. She is awesome to work with.</p>
