Excellent experience working with Noel Yii and Ivan Lung in Burnaby. Although I live out of the country, Noel and Ivan provided amazing assistance, expert guidance, and invaluable support with preparing and selling my mom's (estate) condo. They have strong professional contacts, went out of their way to speak to the neighbors to ease the sale, and communicated regularly. With the current depressed market for condos, we were worried that it could take several months to sell our unit. Noel was very honest at our initial meeting, being careful not to be overly optimistic. He explained their proposed strategy and we placed our full trust in his decisions. Despite the poor market for condos, we were very fortunate to get an offer from someone attending the first open house. With his experience and long hours of hard work, Noel dealt with the buyers’ agent in reaching a deal and guiding us through the contract paperwork. Ivan Lung was part of the team that helped keep things running smoothly, and we commend his efforts as well. We would recommend this team to anyone who wants to make sure they have agents who will bend over backwards to do their best for their clients.
