Getting a house and making it home is a big deal especially when you are a first time home buyer, you need to connect with a lot of people before and after you get the house. We connected with Vishal & Veenakshi and it's an awesome journey from getting a house to making it perfect as you want. When we planned to look for property, we saw a lot of great reviews for Vishal on facebook groups and we connected and told all our requirements like community, schooling, nearby basic groceries etc. They have great knowledge of all the areas and they were very responsive anytime we wanted to connect. I like their way of working by using whatsapp where the team will be connected with you and your family. They will always be available for any number of properties you want to visit. In this hot market they were trying to get us great deals as per our requirement by MLS, assignment sale, new property etc. It's been some time since the closing done and the whatsapp group is still active and we get response and contacts for all our small to big needs for the house like painter, handyman, electrician, pot lights, special cleanings etc. Many things they suggest are also really great.
