My house had been rented and was not left in the best shape. As I was selling this remotely, Wendy did a walk-through on FaceTime and put me in contact with a company that did all the work required at a fair price. She was excellent at keeping in touch, sold the house very quickly, and was professional in every respect. I would not hesitate to use Wendy's services again as she went above and beyond what I expected.

Wendy is a complete delight. She is both personable and professional. She makes you feel as though you have been friends for years and makes you feel comfortable and able to trust her. I genuinely felt like she was looking out for me. She was great at communication and never made me wait very long for a response. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and if she didn't know the answer she'd do her best to find out ASAP. She was super honest and upfront about the properties history and shortcomings so we knew exactly what were buying, warts and all. Overall Wendy was fantastic and I will definitely be reaching out to her again for any and all Real Estate needs.

Wendy has excellent knowledge of the homes and area. Comes with realistic prices for selling our home has great patience and good sense of humour she was a pleasure to work with in a long distance transaction with unusual circumstances. Would highly recommend working with Wendy.
