We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Willa Wang. We are firts time buyes with very little experience about buying a home. Thank you Willa, When it came time to list my condo at Aquarius in Yaletown, I wanted an agent who was willing to help me thru the process and could add some guidance and expertise to the transaction. Especially in this unique Covid-19 climate, I wanted someone who was up to date on the protocols and comfortable with working in this environment. Thank you for making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish. While there were other comparable units on the market in the same time period, you came up with some great tips to make my unit stood out. The recommendation to have the unit painted to a more neutral colour made a lot of sense and I appreciated you finding me a quality painter and supervising the process. You then suggested that I have the unit “ Staged ” Although, I had some reservations about this, I trusted your judgment and I am glad I did. I sincerely appreciate you handling all the logistics as well, from booking the staging company to reserving the elevators to being there to supervise the process, you really went above and beyond. I am happy to say my unit is now sold while many other units are not, and I am very happy with the sales price which went way above asking price. I am convinced, it was in large part to you being so proactive. You didn't just try and list the condo, you had a plan in place to help me sell it.
