Willa was very knowledgable about the type of home we were looking for, and the pros and cons of all the different options in the region we were interested in. She provided a lot of helpful information about the market and the contracts, and she was an excellent negotiator. She was very quick and efficient, and kept us in the loop at all times.

Willa is a stellar real estate agent. As personable as she is professional, she worked with us for more than 2 years to help us find the new home we were looking for. She took time to get to know us, even coming to visit us where we lived on Gabriola Island, and listened carefully to understand our needs and desires. She efficiently set up a notification system for us that informed us of each new listing in our desired area. This enabled us to educate ourselves about the various kinds of condos and residential complexes in the area. When we needed information or advice, she was always quick to respond no matter where she happened to be in the world at the time. When it came to negotiate for the condo we wanted, she supplied wise counsel and steadied our nerves. Honest and straightforward, yet always diplomatic, her communication skills are wonderful. But perhaps, my favorite memory of Willa's help will be how resourceful she was when the latch of the unit we wanted to see was jammed. There we all were with the seller's agent outside the door unable to get in. Willa was quickly on her phone and within half an hour, she had a skillful locksmith at the door getting us in. It turned out to be the condo we bought and we had made a special trip from Gabriola just to see it. How disappointed we would have been had we not got to see it that day. This is just one example of Willa's "can do" attitude. I cannot imagine a better real estate agent. We feel so lucky to have worked with her.

Our selling experience with Willa was AMAZING! She was resilient in finding a buyer for our home. We’ve worked with a few realtors in the past, trying to find the best deal for us. Willa is the one that overcame the adversity of dealing with developers. The developers only saw the value of our land; Willa helped show them the value of our home.
