With Zachary we bought our new house, and we sold our old house. During our buying process, he guided us through the entire negotiation. From the stage of no information available to the closing, he helped us to make right and on time decisions. Selling our old house in the changing market was not easy, but he found the way to sell it. With his strategy and tolls, the deal came quick. During both processes, buying our new home and selling our old house, his performance was not only professional, but also friendly.
