I have lived in Brantford for 17 years. I know what it means to move from continent to continent, country to country, city to city. I first came to Canada in 2006 as an intern with Habitat for Humanity. Later I actually got married in the park in Waterloo. My 2 daughters - Karina and Ana were born and raised in England and Canada. My husband - Ajay was born and raised in Brantford. I love the culture and diversity of the city. I’ve found Brantford to be family friendly and I’ve noticed there are lots of opportunities for people from different backgrounds.
