My name is Craig Smith. I would describe myself as Loyal, Hardworking and Friendly. I have combined my passions for Construction and Real Estate Investing into helping others achieve their Real Estate dreams after becoming licensed as a Realtor with RE/MAX in 2013.
I live in Kelowna BC with My beautiful wife Mara Leah Smith and our fur family.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I owned a small construction and renovation company and obtained my Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter ticket. These skills and experience are beneficial to help find a great builder, talk up features and negotiate favourable terms on re-sale homes, take the fear out of property inspections, help prepare the home for market and address any deferred maintenance that could deter buyers before your home hits the market.
