Alex Fedorchuk

I've had Alex as my realtor twice now. Once as a buyer's agent in the seller's market that was the pandemic and once in 2025 as a seller's agent in more of a buyer's market. In both cases, I have been extremely satisfied with his services. As both a buyer and a seller, I felt that not only did he have a really good feel for the market but also that I could trust his advice to be in my best interest which is not always the case in a commission environment. When selling, he did a great job both in terms of setting price and also in terms of how to stage a house to accent it's features to make it stand out in the area. He is a top notch negotiator and helped negotiate a price that I was happy with in both cases. I felt like he put in a lot of effort into everything and didn't just try to let the house sell itself for an easy payday as other realtors might do. One final great thing about Alex is that he is friendly and calm. When things get stressful, he does everything he can in the background to get things back on track and that, paired with his calm demeanor, goes a long way to keeping what can be a very stressful process as easy as possible. If I ever have the chance, I will use Alex as my realtor again.
