I work in the insurance industry and therefore have a multitude of clients who are realtors. I took a chance on hiring a non-client, a father of my sons school friend -Amit. I wanted someone who was knowledgeable specifically for the North Delta neighborhood as my family had outgrown our town house and were hoping to stay local in Delta and afford a detached and single family home. I dont love having people in and out of my home, I was initially embarassed by the amount of clutter our house had, always messy with kids toys, as well as some damage from the kids - coloring on the walls etc Amit never once made my husband or I feel badly about the mess or kiddo chaos, clutter. He hired a stager who helped provide professional insight on what to remove for photos and open houses. She was lovely! He also hired cleaners on our behalf to help get the home show ready. He worked within our schedule for viewings, avoiding nap time for our youngest and overall was just very professional and accommodating. Couldn't recommend enough!
