This was the first time I was buying a house. I saw Brittany on CAF FB page panel discussion giving advice for the current house market representing Ottawa among other realtors. I have picked her as my realtor and It was a right choice. To begin, she laid out a timeline, she linked me with the real estate portal and kept me constantly updated on houses that would meets my needs. She made the process simple by lining up the shows virtually and in person. The first two days were difficult because the market was hotter, and the houses I visited were not based on my needs until she found one house for a showing for the next day. The house was what I was looking for and most importantly there was no a bidding war. She understands the military moves and she recommends other service providers such as inspector, lawyer and etc.. she is very friendly, professional, and caring. She was always available to answer my calls and emails. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ottawa area.
