Celina Thompson

Celina is perhaps one of the best, if not the best, Realtors I have ever worked with. We discovered Celina via a previous customer's review, and she did not disappoint. Everything listed about her was spot on. She is knowledgable in her job, both as a Realtor, and former appraiser, being able to work in this complex market to negotiate for the best outcome for her buyers. She will go to bat for you during your inspection period to get the repairs that need to be done. Look, I'm not going to lie, we've been... complex customers. The house we're in is the 3rd home we put an offer in on, and Celina handled the ups and downs of all of those transactions like the pro she is. Her team is stellar, especially her administrator who is on top of her game. Correspondence was sent to our various other parties (insurance agents, lawyers, etc,) before we could compose an email ourselves. There is more to a transaction that just writing an offer, and Celina has amassed a highly competent and trustworthy group of vendors to recommend to her clients. We love our insurance agent, the inspector who inspected two homes for us, the lawyer we used to close, and various companies she recommended for pricing on fixes. Her business partner was able to step in during the only instance where Celina found herself unavailable. I'm not normally a "teams" type of customer, but it was so nice to have Ron available at a moment's notice. And he is a joy! Most agents exit stage left post closing, yet when we found ourselves faced with challenges unrelated to her work, or this purchase, Celina swooped in to help, no questions asked. For that, my husband and I will be eternally grateful. I know there's a lot of reviews out there, and a lot of happy customers, but in my opinion, Celina should be your be all, end all for all of your real estate needs.
