Channing Colley

It was our first time buying a new home, and our experience with Channing was phenomenal!!!!! He made the process very seamless, he was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Nothing at all felt forced! He really took the time to understand us as a couple, and that went a long way with us. During our house viewing’s he made us aware of issues that could affect our property value, he made us feel that he cared about our home investment just as much as we did. He’s truly the best realtor out here in Nova Scotia! We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. We’d also hope to work with him again later in the future.
