Charles has helped us buy 4 houses now and in each case when we knew this was the house for us, Charles knew how to get it (without overpaying!). I'm happy to say I've never had to experience that feeling of the house that I missed out on and I thank Charles for that. I met a lot of realtors, but I like that Charles is never blowing hot air, he always has great advice so make sure your listening. I can honestly say that I belive he was looking out for my interests and what would be the best house for me. He's got a lot of great contacts and knows the game really well. He's a great strategic thinker which has really benefited our success rate in getting houses we want even during sellers markets. I wouldn't consider going with anyone else. Thanks Charles!
