We recently worked with Che Taylor to buy our first home and we are glad we did! We had a short timeline to find a house and Che worked hard to ensure that we found one that met all of our needs before our deadline. Within a couple hours of emailing him, we got a link to a site to see all of the available properties and made plans to meet up in a few days. We spent a week with him looking at all of the houses that were in our price range and he worked hard making sure that we were able to see all of the ones that we wanted even with short notice. Several times we found a place we wanted to see, sent it to Che and he had a viewing set up within a couple hours. We were looking at homes in two cities and he managed to get the viewing for one city done before we went to the next one so we weren't driving back and forth for every other viewing which we appreciated. He was very knowledgeable which was great since it is our first home and we had lots of questions. He kept in touch consistently throughout the week with updates and information as well as after the offer was accepted. He called us to see how we were getting along with the process and if we had any issues or questions. We would work with him again and will recommend him to our friends!
